About the Role:

Code 4 Private Security is seeking reliable and professional Pool Attendants for a residential community in Chino. This position focuses on monitoring the pool area, ensuring residents follow community rules, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.


Shift Details:

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

  • 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
  • 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Weekends required.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor pool area to ensure safety and rule compliance
  • Check resident access and prevent unauthorized entry
  • Maintain a visible presence at all times
  • Ensure pool area remains clean and organized
  • Report any unsafe behavior, incidents, or maintenance issues
  • Enforce community rules in a professional and respectful manner
  • Assist residents with general questions when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to remain attentive and professional in a public setting
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:
