This position integrates a distinctly biblical worldview into scientific inquiry while promoting critical thinking, academic rigor, and environmental stewardship. The teacher cultivates a disciplined, respectful, and grace-filled classroom environment and supports students in developing both scientific understanding and spiritual growth.

Faculty members are expected to demonstrate strong content knowledge, effective instructional practices, and active participation in the life of the Village Christian School community. Requirements / Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree is required. A Master's Degree in a Science field and/or a teaching credential is preferred.

Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of Marine Science concepts, laboratory instruction, and curriculum development. Applicants must possess effective classroom management skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and a commitment to modeling Christian character. Experience teaching high school science is preferred.
