Program Lead (Part-time)
Position: Program Lead
Start Date: June 2026
ABOUT US
At High Performance Academy (HPA), we focus on holistic development, both on and off the field. We are on a mission to serve 100,000 youth by 2030 through our various Programs, Camps, and Leagues. All HPA programming is designed to provide an environment that prioritizes high-engagement and meaningful experiences. Our Programs, Camps, and Leagues are designed for youth of all ages and abilities, primarily focusing on developing, introducing, and enhancing fundamental skills and social-emotional competencies. We strive to empower youth to reach their potential through sports, enrichment, and positive development experiences.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The HPA Program Lead is a key leader within Program Operations, responsible for guiding and holding Program Team Members accountable to HPA's Standards of Excellence while ensuring high-quality delivery of programs, camps, and leagues. Reporting to Program Team, Program Leads oversee site operations, Support/lead staff development, and foster a safe, engaging, and growth-centered environment for both students and team members. This role blends hands-on leadership with cross-functional collaboration, managing training, partner relations, logistics, discipline, and curriculum alignment. Ideal candidates are dynamic, mission-driven leaders who excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrate strong accountability and communication, and are committed to HPA's core values while driving program quality, team culture, and overall organizational impact.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
  • Foster & Engage: Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for students and staff while upholding HPA's core values and standards
  • Lead & Develop: Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, feedback, and accountability to ensure high-quality program delivery
  • Communicate & Align: Serve as a key communication bridge between on-site staff, partners, and Program Team to ensure alignment and operational success
  • Oversee & Support: Oversee daily program operations including logistics, attendance, equipment, and staff coverage to maintain efficiency and consistency
  • Build & Connect: Build strong relationships with students, staff, and community partners while supporting positive culture and team engagement
  • Collaborate & Improve: Support program growth through collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIRNMENTS:
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Passion for working with youth and making a positive community impact.
  • A fun, energetic, patient, and attentive personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with children or students (sports or youth leadership background preferred).
  • Physical ability to participate in sports activities and lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Ability to pass a background check and TB Risk Assessment.
  • 48 College Units or willingness to complete the TABE exam
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Other requirements as assigned
