3 Hour Food Service Helper (Substitutes)
Hourly Rate: $15.00
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform overall duties as assigned by the cook, assistant cook and/or the manager which may include but are not limited to:
  1. Checks daily menu and production records.
  2. Setting up service lines with hot/cold food, condiments, and proper serving utensils.
  3. Dishing up salads, juices, fresh and canned fruit.
  4. Preparing breads and rolls for service.
  5. Assisting in the preparation of cold food items for the serving line.
  6. Setting up cash registers.
  7. Serving on serving line.
  8. Work cash register.
  9. Refill hot/cold foods as needed.
  10. Clean and sanitize workstations, prep areas and student tables.
  11. Wash dishes, pots and pans.
  12. Clean and sanitize other equipment such as Somat machine, work tables, milk coolers and warming units.
  13. Count leftovers.
  14. Count cash register, complete bank deposit, complete Day End procedure on the computer.
  15. Do daily laundry.
