Job description - Spa Coordinator
Our Spa Coordinator position is a great opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service skills who would like to learn more about spa/hotel operations.
Daily activities of the Spa Coordinator include: Checking spa guests in/out, booking appointments, selling retail products and boutique gift items and effectively communicating daily with other members of the spa and overall hotel team.
A successful candidate in the Spa Coordinator role will be customer service oriented, have strong computer skills, be a hard-working professional and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
We offer our Spa Coordinators a positive, team-oriented work environment with competitive earnings and benefit options including: insurance (medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, voluntary life, wellness rewards, EAP), 401(k), paid time off, hotel room discounts world-wide, free parking, and employee shift meal.
Candidates must be able to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
