**Responsibilities:**

- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication management and administration under supervision.

- Monitor and document any health changes or concerns, promptly reporting to healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and support patients with mobility needs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
