Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Recruiter to support a high-volume, fast-paced government contracting environment. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of cleared and non-cleared positions supporting federal government contracts. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven setting, excels at building candidate pipelines, and has a strong understanding of government contracting hiring requirements, compliance standards, and recruiting best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for government contracting positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, program managers, and business leaders to understand staffing requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, professional organizations, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future contract needs.
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and security clearance eligibility.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support proposal recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging qualified candidates for upcoming contract bids and recompetes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a government contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience recruiting for cleared and/or federal contract positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and networking techniques.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
