Position Summary

The Part-Time Delivery Driver isresponsible for picking up equipment and materials from vendors, inspecting fordamage, and delivering them to job sites. This role ensures that deliveries aremade efficiently and on time while maintaining accurate records. Strongattention to detail and effective communication skills are essential, as thisposition requires coordination with vendors and job sites to support successfulproject execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup Coordination:
• Follow the delivery schedule to pick up equipment and materials from vendors, ensuring all necessary resources are ready for transport.

         InspectionManagement:

• Inspect equipment and materials for damage before delivery, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Delivery Operations:
• Organize and execute timely deliveries to job sites, ensuring efficient logistics management.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of pickups, inspections, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Customer Communication:
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise, ensuring excellent service.

         InspectionAccuracy:

o    Ensure that equipment andmaterials match the correct part numbers and quantities as ordered, in additionto checking for any damage.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors and job sites.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.

Job Expectations:

The Part-Time Delivery Driver is expected to manage allaspects of equipment and material delivery, ensuring seamless coordination andcommunication. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, witha focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance with safety standards.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills,attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities whilefostering a collaborative work environment. Ultimately, the Part-Time DeliveryDriver plays a key role in supporting the overall efficiency and success of theorganization's operations.

• Part-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (hours may fluctuate depending on business needs)
• On-site position at our Tampa office
