Job description

We are looking for a part time Quality Assurance Coordinator to work 25 hours per week (Noon-5pm) in our Pocatello Home Care Office. 

Job Duties

  • Coordinating with Supervisor & oversee staff documentation to ensure compliance
  • Updating client authorizations in Software
  • Audit charts & progress notes
  • Putting together corrective actions
  • Conducting client & employee Surveys
  • Service plan auditing
  • Prepare for state audits
  • Home Care Binder & document compliance
  • Knowing and monitoring program policies, procedures and regulations
  • Assist with any other Quality Assurance or office related duties as requested

Qualifications

  • MUST be extremely detailed oriented.
  • At least 1+ year of related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean background check and drug screen
  • Must have excellent computer skills.
  • Team player and willing to pitch in.
  • Great attitude  
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
