Washington Statebased (WA residency required); remote with a monthly in-person team meeting in Tacoma, WA


Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for small business clients. This role focuses on driving lead generation and campaign performance through strategic planning, testing, reporting, and optimization across Google advertising platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

  • Create and execute customized ad strategies based on each clients unique services, market, goals, and customer base
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Display, and Local Services Ads
  • Develop ad copy, creative messaging, and campaign strategies
  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance
  • Analyze results and recommend ongoing improvements and testing opportunities
  • Support conversion tracking and measurement using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Work directly with clients to understand goals and marketing objectives
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams
  • Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Review campaign deliverables for quality and accuracy before launch


Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on Google Ads management experience
  • Experience managing budgets and bidding strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
