Job description

Are you looking for a seasonal position this Spring/Summer? If you enjoy the golf course/club house environment, and helping others you may be a great addition to our Golf Course team. Make a difference with the City of Hutchinson!
The Seasonal Golf Inside Services Worker is responsible for assisting with mowing and maintenance of the golf course grounds. There are multiple work schedules and variations within this position.
A Day in the Life:
  • Responsible for reserving and managing tee times.
  • Responsible for starting golfers according to their reservation.
  • Responsible for helping to enforce the Municipal Golf rules and regulations.
  • Stage and park golf carts.
  • Restock Pro Shop and Cafe as needed.
  • Help to clean and maintain the Clubhouse facility, including dumping trash nightly.
  • Candidate will maintain a professional attitude and image at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • EDUCATION: A high school diploma is not required.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be 18 to sell alcohol and 21 to dispense alcohol.

This is a Part Time year round position (less than 1,000 hours per year) and is not KPERS covered.
