Join Our Team as an OB Hospitalist
We are seeking dedicated professionals to become part of our team, which includes:
- 1 Full-Time OB Hospitalist
- 1 Part-Time OB Hospitalist
- 3 PRN OB Hospitalists
- 1 OBGYN
- 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Our facility handles a significant number of births annually and operates with:
- 7 shifts of 24 hours each month
- A Level II NICU, staffed around the clock by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses, with an on-site blood bank available
This position also offers a teaching opportunity for Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students, with labor and delivery services available 24/7. In-house specialists are accessible for consultation and collaboration in various areas, including:
- Cardiology
- Orthopedics
- Reconstructive Surgery
- Anesthesiology

Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within three years of eligibility)
- H1B candidates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Licensed or eligible for a physician license in the State of Iowa, along with an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:
- Base Salary: $400,000 per year
- Bonus Package: $150,000
- Moving Allowance: Up to $15,000
- Annual CME Allowance: $6,000
- Eligibility for Public Student Loan Forgiveness
