Job description

Cape Fear Games in Wilmington, NC is looking for one full or part-time order processing associate to join our 40 person strong team. We are located on 4107 Oleander Dr Suite D.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Cape Fear Games is accepting applications for a part-time position as an Order Processing Associate for approximately 24-40 hours per week with weekend and evening availability.

We are looking for someone with who can:

• Provide excellent customer service and spread a love of gaming to customers.

• Locate products to fulfill orders both online and in-store.

• Sort, organize, and file products quickly and with a low degree of error.

• Demonstrate an attention to detail while moving around the designated workspace.

• Accurately determine the condition of products and investigate common issues.

We are looking for a team member that is motivated, focused, and able to stay on task in a busy environment. One of the top things we look for is someone with a positive attitude that will fit in well with our current staff and culture.

Requirements:

• Able to work evenings and weekends.

• Able to quickly and accurately enter data, bring new ordering patterns to the attention of coworkers, and maintain a detail-oriented workspace.

• Pokemon, Magic: the Gathering or other Trading Card Game knowledge and familiarity strongly preferred.

• Lift upwards of thirty pounds occasionally.

• Able to go long periods of time without sitting.
