Job Overview - Seasonal Retail Associate
This is atemporary, part-timeposition to support store operations during the busy football season by providing excellent customer service and assisting in a variety of areas throughout the store. Associates must be flexible and willing to work in different departments based on daily business needs.
What You'll Do:
  • Be available to workevery home football weekend Thursday through Sunday
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and handle transactions in accordance with store policies.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor by answering questions, locating merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.
  • Support back-room operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Restock sales floor merchandise as need to maintain product availability and presentation standards.
  • Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and fellow associates to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Perform additional duties and assist in other departments as assigned to support business needs.

Physical Requirements:
  • Comfortable moving around the store for your entire shift
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Frequent lifting of25-50 lbswith or without reasonable accommodation
  • Occasional reaching, bending, stooping, and use of ladders

What You Bring:
  • Must be18 years or older
  • Positive, energetic attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and willingness to assist others
