Job description

The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20 minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. This resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. This means many opportunities to help you grow your career to the next level.
As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Responsibilities:
*Audit, post and balance daily cashier's work for outlets including, but not limited to. outlets in Rooms and Food & Beverage.
*Ensure Credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
*Schedule, assign daily work, inform and rain team members
*Monitor, observe and assist in evaluate team member performance
Qualifications:
*Must be able to work night shift
*Minimum of 1 year of experience working as Night Audit at a hotel
*Experience working at the front desk of hotel, a plus!
*Cash handling and credit experience
*Must possess the ability to post and balance large amounts of charges efficiently and accurately
*Knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects, such as, accounts, receivable, payroll, etc.
