Part Time Front Desk Associate Hours
Monday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm
Saturdays, 8:00am-4:00pm
Part Time Front Desk Associate Responsibilities:
  • Operate switchboard telephone system
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Work with department managers on a daily basis
  • Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry
