Job description

We're officially launching pickleball and looking for an enthusiastic, reliable coach to help us build something special from the ground up - with real opportunity to grow hours, locations, and leadership as the program expands.

Initial launch locations & schedule:

Liberty School - Petaluma (Fridays)

  • 4-6th grade 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Flyte Racquet Club (Weekends)

  • Weekend sessions, likely mornings
  • Exact times TBD based on coach availability

This starts part-time, but the goal is growth - more hours, more days, and more locations as enrollment increases. If you're someone who wants to help shape a program (not just show up and clock out), this is for you.

What we're looking for:

  • Pickleball experience (teaching or playing)
  • Comfortable working with kids
  • Positive, energetic, and dependable
  • Excited about growing pickleball in the community

Nice to have (or willing to obtain):

  • PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) Certification
  • Pickleball Certification through the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA)

While this role is specifically for pickleball, there's also opportunity to teach tennis and/or golf for candidates who have those skills and want additional hours.
