About Early Care and Education
Early Care and Education is a locally owned and operated, nationally accredited preschool program dedicated to raising the bar in early childhood education. Our mission is to create a preschool and after-school program that exceeds state and national standards while allowing children to thrive, explore, and learn through play. We prepare children not only to excel academically but also to develop a lifelong love of learning.


We are looking for enthusiastic and caring teachers to be positive role models for our elementary-aged children in our after-school program, STEM Station. This teacher would be a driver to pick up children from their elementary school. This is a part-time postion.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Texas driver's license and willingness to drive a mini bus (after-school teachers only)
  • Experience working with young children

Teacher Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth
  • Document attendance records, food program compliance, developmental milestones, accident reports, and daily communication with parents
  • Use positive guidance techniques through the implementation of Conscious Discipline
  • Collaborate respectfully and professionally with other team members to ensure the success of the children and the school family
