JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY :
The inventory associate reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for assisting with all inventory related tasks to support the operational objectives of the business. This includes fulfilling orders, conducting audits, preparing to receive product deliveries, labeling and following compliance protocols. position directs and coordinates receiving, processing, and storing of inventory. The successful individual will have experience in a fast paced ever changing industry with an exceptional work ethic, strong communication skills, and strong observation skills.
E S S E N T I A L J O B D U T I E S :
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish product bins
  • Maintain back of house inventory organization in compliance with Sweet Flower and BCC policies Conducts periodic audits of product labels, live Metrc tags, pricing and compliance protocols
  • Manage all clerical tasks including product delivery folders, scanning of invoice, COA's and all required documents are properly following the records retention policy and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing product to be wasted including filling out the log, weighing product and ensuring all compliance related tasks are being completed before destruction.
  • Maintain pricing and photos on online platforms to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in replenishing samples for product displays.
  • Assist in maintaining Sweet Flower back of house organizational standards.

J O B Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S :
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum of 1 year of Inventory Management related experience or demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above-mentioned task
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Hands-on experience with seed to sale tracking system (Metrc) and/or Cannabis POS systems
  • Ability to work well on a team
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures

This job operates in a retail business environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh more than 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This is a part-time position. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, days and hours of work vary by schedule. Evening and weekend work may be required as schedule demands.
