Tizarah & Co. is a luxury floral and event design company specializing in fresh bouquets, wedding florals, garlands, event décor, and same-day flower delivery. We are looking for a hardworking, creative, and reliable team member to join our growing business.



Responsibilities



  • Design and prepare fresh flower bouquets and arrangements.
  • Process and condition flowers upon arrival.
  • Maintain flower inventory and freshness standards.
  • Assist customers in-store and over the phone.
  • Prepare orders for pickup and delivery.
  • Create wedding garlands, gajras, dalas, and event floral pieces.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and professional.
  • Assist with holiday and seasonal sales events.
  • Help with flower displays, merchandising, and restocking.




Qualifications



  • Previous floral experience preferred but not required (training available).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
