Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive shopping environment for our customers. You will assist them in finding the products they need, providing product knowledge, and ensuring they leave our store satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a smile as they enter the store and over the phone.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs
  • Enter orders for delivery and pick-up on a computer using our custom point-of-sale software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
