Full Time and Part Time Openings Available.

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Floral Customer Service Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with orders, answering inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations
- Process customer orders accurately, including in-person, phone and online orders
- Provide information on floral products, pricing, and availability
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, working to resolve them promptly
- Assist with coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Support the floral design team with basic tasks
- Keep the sales floor and workspaces clean and organized
- Process flowers and maintain flower buckets, tools and coolers
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

Preferred Skills (not required):

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or floral setting
- Familiarity with floral industry trends and products
- Experience with order management software

Work Hours:
- Available to work a rotating schedule including days, evenings and weekends and holidays
