Iridium Protection is a 62-year old fire protection and life safety compliance provider in the Treasure Valley. We design, inspect, and service fire suppression systems, alarms, and extinguishers to keep local businesses safe. We are looking for an organized helper to support our office and service technicians.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Office Assistant to handle daily clerical tasks, assist managing our walk-in customers and placing scheduling calls. This role balances front-desk customer service with light scheduling coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Scheduling: Answer phones and place scheduling calls for dispatch of our service technicians for routine maintenance or repairs.
  • Front Desk: Greet walk-in clients who are dropping off portable fire extinguishers for servicing.
  • Service Tracking: File inspection reports and update customer compliance histories in our database.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and basic database entry.
  • ServiceTrade software experience is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, as accuracy is critical for safety compliance records.
  • Ability to lift up-to 25 pounds occasionally to assist with moving extinguishers or parts.
