Job description

Compensation: $15.75 Hourly

Employment Type: Part Time (will 8a to 8p Saturday and Sunday for 24 hours in a weekend)

Job Duties:

Work with residential clients in the community (in an apartment setting) teaching daily living skills, linking participants with resources (SNAP, Social Security, Vital Records, and the like). Will document professional services provided.

Qualifications: Any combination of training and experience which has allowed the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position. Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a Health Care Assistant certification or comparable technical certificate or diploma program.

The selected candidate will be subject to a FBI Criminal History Record Check. Applicants reserve the right to challenge the contents of an FBI Criminal History Record Check.
