What is a Part Time FBI Contractor?

A Part Time FBI Contractor is an individual who works with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on a contractual basis, rather than as a full-time government employee. These contractors are hired to provide specialized expertise or support services, such as cybersecurity, linguistics, intelligence analysis, or administrative assistance. Working part-time allows greater flexibility in hours and workload, but contractors do not receive the same benefits as full-time federal employees. They must also undergo background checks and security clearance processes before starting their assignments.
