We're a friendly, local insurance agency that takes pride in helping families and individuals protect what matters most. Our office is professional but down-to-earth, and we work together as a team to serve our clients well.
We are seeking a part-time office assistant to help with new client outreach: both through texting and calling. This role does not require an insurance license - it's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable on the phone, and wants flexible, part-time work in a professional setting with ample opportunity for company advancement!
Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to prospective clients.
Schedule appointments for agents.
Provide friendly communication and relay information accurately.
Keep simple call records and update our system.
Assist with light office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
No insurance license required.
Comfortable talking on the phone and leaving messages.
Outgoing, personable, and reliable.
Basic computer skills (email, typing, data entry).
Prior customer service or call experience a plus, but not required.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
Compensation: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour
We're Hiring!
We are an established, growth-oriented agency with a team of highly motivated individuals. Our team works hard to reach our goals together as a team and have fun while we are doing it! If you want to make an impact, see immediate success, we could be the place for you!
About Our Agency
  • Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
  • We have 17 years of combined insurance experience in our office.

If you want a career, not a job, then we encourage you to apply
