FirstOption Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a dependable and self-motivated Ranch Hand part-time for a private residence located in the Boerne area!
This opportunity is ideal for someone who likes animals, enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful grounds, and is looking to earn supplemental income through flexible, hands-on work.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the property's grounds through mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscaping activities
  • Care for stable areas by cleaning horse stalls and helping maintain a clean, safe environment
  • Remove debris, fallen branches, and trash to keep the property well-maintained and presentable
  • Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and other outdoor property improvement tasks
  • Safely operate lawn care and landscaping equipment while following established safety practices
  • Support the overall upkeep and appearance of the property through routine groundskeeping and maintenance duties
Requirements:
  • Experience operating tractors is required
  • Basic maintenance skills, including the ability to use hand tools; light carpentry or general repair experience is a plus
  • Previous landscaping, ranch, farm, or groundskeeping experience preferred
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
