This Farm Field Hand is responsible for executing the daily functions needed to meet the farm's agricultural production, aesthetic, and project goals. Individuals in this role will provide the bulk of the Cypress Creek Farm's skilled operational and general labor needs. Farm Field Hands will also lead and facilitate farm-focused activities to guest such as Farm Tours and Chicken Keeping . Some additional responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: cultivating, planting, watering, fertilization, weeding, harvesting, packing, animal care, record keeping, operation of machinery (heavy and small), construction, upkeep, and general repairs of the farm. Finally, individuals in this role will be responsible for maintaining our Equine facility - keeping it clean and neat, as well as assisting with feeding, delivering supplements, and ensuring horses are watered adequately. This will also include assisting with preparing horses for activities, helping keep our tack room clean and organized, and assisting with landscaping around the ranch/farm. This position is Seasonal but has the potential to move to Full Time at the end of the season.
