How does a part time executive assistant typically manage communication and workflow across varying schedules?

As a part-time executive assistant, managing communication and workflow efficiently is crucial, especially when you and your executive may not always be in the office at the same time. Most organizations use digital tools such as shared calendars, project management software, and instant messaging platforms to bridge schedule gaps.
