Our Event Captains provide guests with gracious, efficient, knowledgeable, and accurate service of food and beverage at special catered events while being a point of contact for other event service staff. - Overseeing the flow of the event, including set up and break down, and providing help where needed
- Responding to guest requests and communicating with the Event Manager
- Coordinating with kitchen to ensure each course is ready and served at the appropriate time
- Driving company vehicles to and from event locations

- Ability to provide or complete CA Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications
