Escape Room & Game Show Concierge

Legends of Xscape – Downtown West Palm Beach
Part-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required
Starting Pay: $14/hr + Tips + Incentive Pay


Legends of Xscape in Downtown West Palm Beach is looking for energetic, reliable, and outgoing people to join our team as Escape Room & Game Show Concierges.

This is a great part-time job for someone who wants a fun second job, extra income, evening/weekend hours, or a unique role in entertainment, hospitality, theater, events, or customer service.


This is not a boring front desk job. You’ll welcome guests, set the stage for their adventure, host exciting escape room and game show experiences, take photos, reset rooms, help guests celebrate, and create the kind of experience people remember.


A great concierge keeps the energy high, makes guests feel welcome, stays productive between bookings, and helps keep the entire location guest-ready.


What You’ll Do

Welcome guests with energy, confidence, and professionalism
Create a fun first impression for every group
Explain rules, objectives, and safety guidelines clearly
Set the tone for escape room and game show experiences
Monitor escape room games and assist players when needed
Help host interactive game show experiences
Take group photos and help guests celebrate
Reset rooms accurately and completely
Clean and organize guest areas, props, bathrooms, and work areas
Follow checklists without needing constant reminders
Stay productive between bookings
Work with the team to keep everything running smoothly

Pay

Starting pay is $14/hr, plus tips and incentive pay opportunities.

Pay increases may be available as team members complete training, take on additional responsibilities, and demonstrate reliability, strong guest service, and consistent performance.
