Assure all customer needs are met by asking open-ended questions in regard to their activity, project, event, or need. Merchandise the sales floor to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping experience.

We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our team in our western department. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience in Western or Equestrian products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sand for an extended period of time
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay from $11 per hour
Benefits - Closed Sundays, great employee discount, advancement opportunities.
Store hours:
Hours of operation are 9 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday. 9 am - 6 pm Saturday. Closed Sundays and major holidays.
Saturday availability is required. Must have availability within store hours.
