Job description

This position is not an Epic Wings Corporate position. The selected individual will work for an Epic Wings Franchisee at a new AMAZING restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga.

The Epic Wings Front of House Cashier / Expeditor sets and achieves the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant. We are seeking a dynamic person with amazing people skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and cleanliness.

In addition to addressing the needs of the customers, Epic Wings staff float between the front counter and kitchen.

The Following are Your Primary Duties

Daily:

  • Perform opening and/or closing requirements for the Front of House area
  • Maintain cleanliness of restaurant - Daily Checklists and Logs in Place
  • Manage cash and/credit orders. Reconcile cashier drawer at beginning/end of shift
  • Assist in expediting food to customer’s table/Bar location
  • Maintain safety at the workplace through proper checklists and logs
  • Have a great attitude!

The candidate will have the minimum qualifications:

  • Excellent people skills
  • High School Candidates are eligible
  • Attention to detail administrative skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours in order to ensure the success of the team and restaurant
  • Current Food handlers card prior to starting date
