MAX Maintenance, seeks a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cleaner / Housekeeper.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties in HOA clubhouses and commercial office buildings, including:
    • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
    • Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
    • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
    • Emptying trash and recycling receptacles.
    • Replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
    • Cleaning windows and mirrors.
  • Follow detailed cleaning instructions and adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is required.
