Your Day-to-Day:

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll:

Requirements:

Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
  • Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
  • Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
  • Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
  • Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.
Working Hours:

Level 2, 3, and 6 Homes:ย 

  • 4 days on / 2 days off on a rotating schedule.
  • Schedules and shift times vary by home and operational needs.
  • Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview and/or hiring process.
