Kitchen Tune-Up Wake Forest is a locally owned and operated business growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking experienced cabinet installers and trim technicians to join our team and help us become the premier kitchen and cabinet remodeler in the greater Raleigh area.

Who You Are:
  • 1+ years of experience in carpentry and/or cabinet installation. Refacing experience is preferred but not required - training can be provided.
  • Safely operate power hand tools, including a table saw, miter saw, bandsaw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
  • Able to:
    • Install cabinet hinges and doors
    • Install doors and drawer fronts
    • Install roll-out trays in cabinets
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license with a verifiable clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities:
  • Arrive to jobsite on time in KTU-logo shirt and appropriate work clothing
  • Follow the project plan and instructions given by the project manager
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and clean up daily
  • Install new cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, accessories, moldings, and decorative hardware
  • Follow our Trustpoints on every project
  • Interact professionally with clients to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Communicate with the project manager daily about progress
  • Work quickly and efficiently
