This is a part-time seasonal position with potential for permanent hire for the right candidate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office/email systems
• Ability to maintain focus and stay on task for extended periods of time
• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills

Responsibilities- Assist with project coordination and daily office operations
- Organize and maintain project budgets and files
- Enter vendor invoices and job-related information accurately
- Assist with tracking project budgets, labor costs, and purchase records
- Maintain budget spreadsheets and help monitor project expenses
- Maintain spreadsheets and digital project records
- Willingness to learn the construction and structural steel industry is highly encouraged
