We are currently seeking a Junior Designer/Project Manager to assist our Principal Designer. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, extremely detail oriented, has strong time management and problem-solving skills, is a quick study and is hungry to learn and contribute. 


Qualifications

Degree in Design and/or experience

Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Trello and Google Docs 

Strong computer skills 

Ability to communicate effectively in writing 

Sound judgment, dependable, punctual and professional 


Responsibilities:

You will be involved in all facets of design from working with designers and clients.

Managing projects and workflow to help lead the design process 

New and existing client interface (phone calls and in-person meetings) 

Working with our expediting team to ensure smooth project flow 

Developing designs and schedules 

Creating presentation boards and materials using Photoshop 

Data entry and budgeting for all projects 

Obtaining price quotes, maintaining budgets and working with our accounting team to send out estimates and monthly invoices 

Any other design related tasks that arise
