Job description

Join a championship team at Northern Blends Smoothie King - Developer of the Year 2020! We're rapidly expanding across Michigan and Ohio and are looking for driven, values-based leaders to help shape our stores, culture, and guest experience.

Role Overview

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support the team during shifts
  • Uphold Smoothie King standards in service, cleanliness, and product quality
  • Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and checklists
  • Manage labor, breaks, and shift flow efficiently
  • Address guest issues with professionalism and care
  • Train, coach, and inspire team members daily
  • Monitor store performance and support KPI targets
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous leadership or keyholder experience (food service or retail preferred)
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • High accountability, integrity, and a guest-first mindset
  • Available evenings, weekends, and up to 40 hours/week
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers)

This is a part-time or full-time position. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
