Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The part-time Maintenance Technician supports the operation and upkeep of the facility by performing general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks. This position also assists with facility readiness for events, including supporting basic electrical and infrastructure needs. The Maintenance Technician works closely with operations staff to help maintain building systems and ensure meeting rooms, exhibit halls, and public areas are prepared for events, guests, and staff.

This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00.

This position will remain open until June 12, 2026.


  •  Assists in the set-up and take down of electrical needs for events in accordance with facility safety procedures.
  •  Support facility readiness before, during, and after events.
  •  Perform general maintenance and minor repairs to building systems including lighting, doors, fixtures, furniture, and facility equipment.
  •  Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
  •  Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
  •  Assist with preventative maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment.
  •  Maintain mechanical rooms, storage areas, and maintenance workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
  •  All other duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
  •  Part-time hours based on facility and event schedules.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or general maintenance preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems such as lighting, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools and maintenance equipment.
  • Basic understanding of electrical safety practices preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to move equipment, furniture, and materials throughout the facility.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required.
