Bilingual Email Marketing Specialist

Our client is committed to creating sustainable recycling solutions and building lasting partnerships with communities and corporations. Our team is growing, and we're looking for creative, bilingual professionals to help us expand our reach and impact.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Bilingual Email Marketing Specialist fluent in Spanish and English with demonstrated experience using Klaviyo. This is a remote, part-time role with consistent hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing email marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and convert both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Develop and manage segmented lists for targeted communications
  • Create A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize performance
  • Translate and localize content for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences
  • Ensure emails meet branding, quality, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with team members on campaign goals, timelines, and reporting
  • Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions
