Customer Service Representative (Sales & Outreach Support)

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to support lead generation, marketing outreach, and event sales tracking. This role is ideal for a highly communicative individual who excels at client research, digital outreach, data maintenance, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within target industries to create and maintain a structured prospect list
  • Reach out to warm leads from industry events, referrals, and past inquiries to schedule discovery calls or share service offerings
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate pricing strategies and generate introductory quotes for new prospects
  • Assist in writing or customizing outreach emails, capability statements, and presentation decks for potential or existing clients
  • Work with the marketing team or act as a liaison to promote services through newsletters, social media posts, or digital brochures
  • Track engagement metrics on outreach efforts such as open rates, responses, and lead conversion to suggest improvements
  • Collect and input contact information from event attendees into a CRM database or tracking tool
  • Follow up with personalized outreach to attendees after industry events to build strong client relationships
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of all leads, quotes, and client interactions in a shared CRM or sales tracker
  • Provide monthly reports to the CFO and Accounting/Compliance Administrator on outreach activity, conversion trends, and revenue impact

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Spanish preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, lead generation, sales support, or administrative tracking
  • Previous experience navigating CRM software or shared sales tracking databases (plus)
  • Strong written communication skills for creating professional emails, newsletters, and presentation decks
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital marketing platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to compile, analyze, and report data to executive leadership
