Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and appearance of our property. This role includes general maintenance responsibilities with a strong focus on painting, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
  • Prepare surfaces and complete interior and exterior painting projects
  • Patch drywall, sand, prime, and apply paint finishes
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
