Role description: Join Arcadis as a Staff Electrical Engineer and help shape the future of federal facilities. In this role, you'll bring your deep expertise in facility design to high-profile projects for U.S

Government agencies. As a trusted Federal Designer, you'll support electrical design across multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and federal clients to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions. Expect variety, challenge, and the opportunity to influence critical infrastructure.

With approximately 20% travel for site visits and client engagement, you'll see your designs come to life and build strong relationships along the way. Role accountabilities: Key member of multiple electrical design teams to produce construction-ready design packages that clearly reflect design documentation and scope compliance Design facilities focused on the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), with specific focus on SCIFs, ICD 705 compliance, TEMPEST shielding.

Familiarity with NIPR, SIPR, JWICS is a plus.
