Job description

Join the nation's #1 insurance company as a Project Manager (PM).  PM's oversee special office initiatives from concept to completion.  Bi-lingual candidates highly preferred (Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Amharic, Tigrinya, & Punjabi).  Compensation is base + bonus.  Strong problem solving skills, experience in effective marketing, and a successful track record in managing projects is a must.  Ideal opportunity for a current college student seeking valuable work experience and a great income.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the agent to develop programs to market the company's products
  • Contacting and reaching out to develop realtionships with strategic affiliates and business partners 
  • Identify and research community events & opportunities for agency's active participation
  • Develop action plans to reach goals
  • Manage projects from the conceptualization
  • Proactively ensure that projects stay on schedule with consistently successful results
  • Perform various office tasks to improve agency's efficiency
  • Maintain relationships developed by agent with various affiliates
  • Assist agent in achieving growth of 1,000 new households annually
