Pay Range: $18 – $25 per hour
Weekly Hours: 15–25 hours (Part-Time)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media Videographer / Editor to
produce performance-driven visual content across digital platforms. This role is
responsible for creating paid ad creatives, short-form social content, product
photography, and mid-length informative videos.
The ideal candidate understands how to translate brand guidelines into consistent,
revenue-focused content and is capable of managing both production and
post-production independently.
Qualifications
● Experience working with brands to establish or execute visual aesthetic and
brand guidelines
● Strong photo and video production skills, specifically for social media and
marketing-driven content
● Ability to develop structured shot lists for consistent product photography
● Proven experience editing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, paid ads) and
longer-form informative videos
● Basic photo editing skills including lighting adjustments, color grading, and
retouching
● Ability to assist in maintaining and executing a structured content calendar
● Portfolio submission required (Reels, short-form video, product photography,
graphic design, or related marketing content)
Core Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
● Produce short-form paid ad creatives for social platforms
● Film product demonstrations, product guides, and informative video content
● Capture consistent product photography (studio and lifestyle)
● Coordinate and execute photo and video shoots, including talent direction
Editing & Post-Production
● Edit video content into engaging, conversion-focused assets
● Add captions, motion elements, and structured pacing
● Perform basic color correction and photo editing
● Ensure visual consistency aligned with brand standards
Planning & Organization
● Contribute to the development and execution of a quarterly content calendar
● Maintain organized media files and content libraries
● Search for and coordinate talent for scheduled shoots when required
Technical Requirements
● Proficiency in at least one professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere
Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
● Proficiency in at least one photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, or
equivalent)
● Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
● Ability to independently manage basic production logistics
