Part-Time E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate (Monโ€“Friday, mornings)

On-site at 1226 E. Florence Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90001 (very local candidates preferred)

Schedule

Mondayโ€“Friday, ~3โ€“4 hours/day (around 9:00 AMโ€“12:00/1:00 PM)

(Mondays would be mandatory, but are flexible if you cant work a different day of the week)

Job Description

Weโ€™re a growing e-commerce auto parts business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented teammate to help get customer orders out the door quickly and accurately. This is a hands-on, part-time role thatโ€™s perfect for someone local who wants consistent morning hours.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Pick, pack, and ship new online orders (print labels, prepare boxes, schedule pickups).

  • Perform quality checks and careful packaging to prevent shipping damage.

  • Keep the packing station stocked and tidy; track basic inventory counts/restocks.

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and through marketplace messages (professional, prompt communication).

  • Light warehouse duties as needed (receiving, organizing shelves).

What Youโ€™ll Bring

  • Reliable, on-time, and comfortable working independently.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic computer skills; willing to learn shipping platforms (e.g., UPS/USPS/FedEx software).

  • Prior e-commerce, warehouse, or shipping experience is a plus.

  • Able to lift up to ~40โ€“50 lbs and be on your feet (with or without reasonable accommodation).

  • Clear, friendly communication; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus given our customer base.
