To thrive as a Part Time Drupal Developer, you need a solid understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, alongside experience with Drupal site building and module development. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, as well as knowledge of Composer and Drush, is typically required, and Drupal-specific certifications can be advantageous.
