TRC is looking for a reliable part-time Non-CDL Driver to support weekend deliveries and jobsite needs. This role is a key part of keeping projects moving and customers supported. We're looking for someone who can take on x2 10 hour shifts on Saturday and Sundays, who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and shows up ready to help.

What You'll Do
  • Equipment Delivery (90%)
    • Safely operate a Ford F550 (under 26,000 lbs. GVW) in compliance with DOT and state laws
    • Deliver and pick up a variety of tools and equipment (hand tools, scissor lifts, mini excavators, etc.)
    • Complete up to 15 deliveries per day across a territory from Wenatchee to Everett
    • Load/unload equipment using safe handling procedures
    • Secure loads with proper chaining, strapping, and blocking
  • Customer Service & Communication
    • Represent Total Rentals professionally on job sites and military bases
    • Provide clear updates to dispatch and branch management
    • Deliver accurate paperwork and maintain delivery/pickup documentation
  • Basic Maintenance & Support (10%)
    • Perform routine checks and light repairs (oil changes, battery swaps, tire checks)
    • Report equipment or vehicle issues promptly to the Shop Manager
    • Support branch operations as needed to keep equipment ready for customers

  • Valid driver's license in good standing (Non-CDL required)
  • Ability to pass a background check for access to military bases
  • 1+ year of driving or delivery experience preferred
