If you love working with kids and want a meaningful, rewarding role, this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Teach 1:1 adaptive swim lessons using our Swim Whisperers Method
  • Support swimmers who may have sensory, motor, or emotional regulation needs
  • Create a calm, encouraging, and fun environment
  • Communicate progress to families with warmth and clarity
  • Maintain safety and follow pool guidelines
